Feeling A Bit Better But Still Drained

I'm feeling some what healthier today. It always seems that my brain is the last to recover from illness. In any case I've pulled two sketches out of my books and they ended up looking pretty good next to one another. I think I might just go with this instead of what I had originally planned for these. Needs a background and a few tweaks but I think it could work. I'm still pretty tired so I'm going to crash now. Hopefully, I'll be well enough to get a run in some time tomorrow. Night everyone.

Definitely Getting Sick

Yeah I'm definitely coming down with something or other. I pulled these from my sketchbooks today. The character's name is Saga. Saga's fun yet tedious to draw with all the tattoo's. I think the bike came out okay. I'm not usually very good at vehicles. The big head in the bottom of the second picture is another character but related to the her story. Okay sleep is calling or I'm going in to a coma from illness. Sleep well everyone.

Sickness n' Monsters

I think I'm coming down with something, not positive yet but I'm feeling kinda run down. I was out most of the day today so I didn't get much time to sketch anything and as I previously stated I'm not really motivated to surpass my exhaustion to get stuff out of my sketchbooks. I did find the time to sketch this boy out. I'm not really sure where I'm going with him yet. Seems obvious to use it in something with Þrúðr. I'm just to tired to think about it right now. I'll work em over abit when I get the chance and see what comes of it. I think the tentacles need to be longer and the musculature more pronounced, but that just what I'm thinking right now. In any case, I am headed to bed. Sleep well everyone.

Calendars and Character Sketches

I spent most of the day making a xhtml calader with spry enhancements for a webpage. So much coding eyes are all googlely. I think it worked out in the end though. In other notes buying post labor day fruit isn't always the best idea apparently. I was some what disappointed in the quality while I was selecting some to consume. The bananna's rocked though. Today's sketches are from a short story I'm working on. It's a character introduction arc. As ussual every thing needs a little tweeking but I think I'm on the right track now. I'll post more of this later on. Well that's it for tonight I'm headed for bed now. Later all.

Minor Victories In Coding And Family Time

I managed to make the spry widgets in my Dreamweaver CS3 trial version work for me today. They were previously pointing and making fun of me. So I have made a minor victory now I'm going to tackle making a dynamic calender. I'm not exactly optimistic. I watched some TV with meme today(that's my grandmother for those of you who don't know). We mostly watched Food Network. I drew some sketches of my family from so pictures taken last month. In the top left corner are my sis and her friend Zephyr. They were at the beach wearing those ridiculously over sized glasses that are popular now. My grandmothers in the upper right corner. She was laughing up a storm in the picture. My mom's cute puppy Lily is at the bottom she's like a tiny fluff ball or a mop. In the picture she had just gotten back from the groomers. They had put little feathers on her head. It looked like she had a feather cap on and was hilarious. Poor Lily. The other picture is from a fashion show some where. All the models were wearing head scarfs. I was pretty cool. I was a bit tired and distracted today so there are a lot of flaws in the sketches. The biggest flaw is that for some reason I drew everyone's head vertically squishified. Ah well I'll have to revisit this when I'm not as tired. Speaking of which I'm off to collapse. Night all.

Minor Victories And Good Spy Movies

More pages from my sketch books. The first one is a hodgepodge of random characters. I drew the one girls hands way way to big but maybe there suppose to be that way. The second one I drew while watching The Company. I think it looks fairly spyish. Well today I learned more xhtml than I ever wanted to know and lots more about Dreamweaver. On the plus side I'm that much closer to finishing up dating my web page. The downside is I just spent all day looking at code. Well I'm going to collapse now, later everyone.

First Post Of A New Month

I have a couple things in the works but trying to get my website back up and running is eating my soul. My Soul I tell you. Well in any case I spent the last two or three days trying to fix a problem that didn't exist. I just figured it out a few minutes ago, so now I'm back on track sorta. Tonight sketch is again from one of my recent sketch books. I tried to digitally ink this in Illustrator. Illustrator is not really always friendly to your lines. Well lesson learned. Okay I'm exhauted tonight but at least I feel accomplished...despite the fact that I didn't get much done today. Ah well it's the little victories that count the most. Night all.
