Busy And Productive Now With White Chicken Chili

I was to busy to sketch again today so, I pulled the latest design of on of my favorite characters off of my character archive on my computer. I've tweaked her costume a around a bit since I first though her up and I really like this incarnation. I'm hoping to do a web comic with her as a main character in the near future. I'll let you all know when I get around to that. In other news I made some wicked white chicken chili today and a great smoothie with all kinds of delicious fruits in it. I'm pleased with my self so I felt like sharing. I've got my newest incarnation of my web page started on it just a file in illustrator right now but it's moving forward. Well I'm exhausted so, night all.

Ten Minutes To Sketch A Migrain

Wasn't able to sketch much today due to many distractions and a killer headach. I'm still working on my male forms trying to get them right. I do like how the pants came out though. Not much to say today so I'm off to nurse my headach with advil and try and get some sleep.

Shiney Programs And Missed Updates

First off apologies for missing yesterdays update. My goal is to update everyday, but inevitably I will miss an update here or there. Yesterday was a bit crazy and I got my shiny new adobe creative suite CS3 to play with, consequently I lost track of time. I'm messing around with these 3 panels. The characters are overlapping the panel boarders and the background is contiguous across the panels. I'm not sure it works. I think I like it. I think. I'm going to seek advice on thedrawingboard.org. I think there are some inking inconsistencies so I may re-ink it. In other news, my jaw/neck is killing me. I'm not sure why but it's crazy painful. I'm going to take some Advil and maybe switch to a different pillow. Well I'm going to try and find some relief for this and get some sleep. Night All.

A Few Minutes Of Doodling

Only got a few minutes of sketching today. Spent the rest of the day consumed with other tasks. Watched the Dem's debate tonight. I'm to tired to formulate all my opinions on the debate in to a coherent rant. I'll put one together tomorrow. Night Everyone

Slowness and Computers

The cleaning epic continues and my computers are freaking out on me. In any case while cleaning, I ran across some little cartoons I did last year. I think I will touch them up and give them a proper treatment. I called the strips Meanwhile the Realities. There kind of a juxtaposition of information humor. Here's one in all it's sketchy glory from 2006. I went running for all of ten minutes today. Nature decided to pour ran on me. I did however notice that the leaves are beginning to change colors which puts me in a good mood. Hopefully I'll get a chance to sketch tomorrow. Night All.

Shhhh! Be Vary Vary Quite I'm Hunting Dust Bunnies.

I spent most of the day cleaning again. Well that and reading the Zuda submission and legal stuff. Legalize makes my head hurt. I do think I may make a submission though. I've got a story in mind for it. In any case while cleaning, I found the sketch book I was looking for that had my initial sketches of some of the characters for a story I'm working on. The upper right has the strike and covert ops squads. The Intel squad is composed of two of the characters from earlier. The rest of the page is composed of snippets of character interaction studies. These were all the initial designs for the characters and I may change them up before they get put in the revamped story. Well it's been a long day for me but I'm feeling more productive, so that's always good. Night All.

Cleaning House Now With Less Magazines

I spent all day working on cleaning the house because that's what you do on Sunday. Therefore, I didn't really get a chance to sketch much. I did how ever draw a quick sketch and ink up of Little Ulti . I'm hoping to get some strips with her in it up soon. I'm still tweaking her out fit though so well see. Well I need to excavate my bed which is where all the stuff that was one the floor is now. At least I got ride of all those old reference magazines that were siting in a corner. Hopefully, I'll wake up in time to get the trash picked up tomorrow morning. Night all.
